Parker Defense Systems (formally Meggitt Defense Systems Inc.), Irvine CA 2004 – 2023

Vice President: Strategy, New Product Dev, BD, & Team Site Leadership (2016 - 2023)

Spearhead site Profit and Loss (P&L) management, Customer Development, and Strategic Business Capture. Lead continuous improvement efforts in product quality and process efficiency. Leverage DLA PBL funding to implement various process improvement methodologies such as GEMBA, Kaizen, and 6s. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, resulting in one of the safest operational sites with the highest quality products.

●Achieved organic growth of Meggitt Defense Systems from $68M to $184M resulting in a 3x increase in contracts, capturing new customers like Boeing, Lockheed Martin, secure direct contracts with US DoD.

●Acquired a $50M US Navy development contract from United Technologies, subsequently transforming into a production contract worth over $100M, attaining savings of $20M for the US Government and expediting production time by two years.

●Expanded AS9100D ISO9001 certified site with double digit compounded annual growth rate, integrating government-certified procedures for procurement, pricing, and property, generating 80% of funds during the 2020 pandemic, while maintaining a gross margin of 30%+ through FAR15 TINA-certified contracts.
