Coordinated the efforts of 9 mechanical contractors, modified P& ID drawings to conform to existing conditions, coordinated all safety efforts, and assisted from the annual turnaround of the plant.

2.9/95-8/96 Golden, CO, Coors Brewing Company, Construction Manager for the recovery of the waste beer and converting to methanol. Installed molecular sieve, on site piping, truck fire system, and fuel load out. Project featured in National Geographic Magazine.

6.4/02-10/05-Cairo, Egypt, prepared a facilities report, designed medium foot print plan for the construction of genetic research laboratories, standard and cryogenic storage. The Project is under review for future capital funding from USAID.

WESTFIELD DEVELOPMENT, INC (Frederick Ross Co.) Denver & Greeley, Colorado

Project & Construction Manager, Promontory Project - Greeley, CO. The Promontory Project is a large commercial and residential development in West Greeley, home to State Farm Regional offices and Swift & Company. (5/00 – 4/02) Project Budget, $22M.

1. Managed and supervised Phase I, II, III construction of the project. Prepared & Administered general construction contracts and subcontracts. The project was composed of three major highway intersections, water, wastewater, non-potable distribution lines, storm sewer, three large irrigation ponds & pumping plant. Prepared and bid contract documents on the residential and commercial properties.

2.Coordinated efforts with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), City Of Greeley, Weld County, 12 general contracts, 35 subcontractors, supervised construction, and all regulatory coordination.

2. Site Manager, Coors Brewing Ethanol Recovery Project. Managed & supervised the procurement, construction & modifications to an existing distillation tower, installed a molecular sieve, product storage tanks, automated load out and fire suppression system.

Project Coordinator, Southeast Asia (Contract Basis) (1/95 – 4/96) Team saved Bechtel $73 Million on Projects totaling $1.7 Billion.
