CAREER RELATED EXPERIENCE:

2/15 – Current Boiler Operator at CBRE – Baptist East. Duties operate and maintain high pressures boilers and associated equipment. Test and treat boiler water, cooling towels, responsible for all plant maintenance and building repairs.

3/10 – 2/15 Lead Boiler Operator/Terminal Operator at American Commercial Lines. Duties included operation and maintenance of high pressure boilers and associated equipment. Operated barge equipment to load and unload barges to facility storage tanks, from storage tanks to barges to tankers. In charge of all day facility operations.

1/07 - 12/09 Boiler Operator/Maintenance Mechanic at Conagra Foods. Duties included operation of high pressure steam boilers, boiler feed pumps, chemical pumps, air compressors, air dryers, plant water systems, operates and maintains ammonia, refrigeration plant, conducts tests and treatment – boiler water, feedwater, condensate systems, boiler. Runs and maintains firepump and fire alarm system. Conducted routine maintenance and repair of pumps, bearing and seal replacement, alignment, vibration analysis etc.

11/04 – 11/06 Building Shift Engineer at Peabody Hotel. Duties include operation and maintenance of high and low pressure steam boilers, cooling towers, centrifugal chillers, air compressors, building fire main and alarm systems, all building AC/Heating, rooftop units, AHU, computer energy management system, emergency generator, conducts routine building maintenance and handles all building trouble calls.

Duties included repair and maintenance of boilers, heat exchangers, and various other boiler support equipment. Member of repair shop water jet crew responsible for waterside cleaning of boilers and various types of heat exchangers. Also responsible for replacement of boiler refractories.

5/85 – 6/89 U.S. Navy assigned to U.S.S. Lang. Responsible for operation and maintenance of two 1200

psi combustion engineering “D” type boilers, turbine main feed pumps, turbines forced draft

blowers, and all related auxiliary equipment. Repair and routine maintenance of all boiler room

pumps, compressors. Conducts all chemical test on boiler, feedwater, and condensate systems,

cooling water system.

Over twenty years of technical experience in an engineering environment. Two years of supervisory experience in steam

engineering plant. Involved in repair, test, and maintenance of boilers and support equipment. Background includes
