My duties outside of making sure the staff where working and doing what they were supposed to consisted of making sure everything was stocked as far as cups, straws, napkins etc. Also making sure that the freezer was stocked with meats, drinks, alcoholic beverages, pastries, and salads. At the end of my shift i would mop the lobby floor and stock the front of the restaurant so that the next shift wouldn't have the hassle while counting their drawers and getting ready for their shift.
