EXECUTIVE CHEF, LUNDY’S CATERING; LEXINGTON,KY. 2018-PRESENT As executive chef of Lundy’s catering my responsibilities include all purchasing as well as scheduling of staff, food preparation, inventory/cost control, Bridal consultation, and customer services. We specialize in weddings, large corporate events, and sports events catering. Clients include Maker’s Mark, Four Roses, John Calipari, Formula One racing, and many more.

As culinary director of two private clubs serving the campus community my responsibilities included supervision of culinary managers, forecasting, cost control, scheduling of two large staffs, weekly management meetings, and an endless list of lesser duties.
