Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, not specifically: oversee the following departments:

Reviewing the preparation of the annual budget and other budgets, financial plans, business and investment plans, variance analysis, and financial data requested by the company's board of directors for the approval of the board of directors.

Review and approve the procurement committees, both domestic and imported, and follow-up financial leasing companies to obtain the necessary funding.

Maintain a working relationship and to develop additional relationships with banks and financial institutions with the aim of securing funds and as well as with suppliers, auditors, consultants and contractors.

Achieving costs for the company's products in order to determine the appropriate profit margin and prepare effective means to face the financial risks that the company may face
