Responsibilities

Financial/Accounting – Responsible for maintaining accounts for the company on Peachtree, ensuring that timely payments are made to the Suppliers and collections are received from Debtors, management of Funds Flow for the Company, preparation of weekly/monthly MIS reports, Preparing Trial Balance, P& L Account, Balance Sheet, assisting Company Auditor in finalization of accounts on Quarterly and Annual basis, preparing all documentation relating to banking operations, liaison with Banks for handling Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bid Bonds, etc.

Operational & Customer Support - Preparation of high-value tender bids independently, compilation of required information, consolidation of documentation and ensuring that tender requirements and deadlines are met. Placing of purchase orders with the suppliers, overseeing Customs procedures, coordination with Production manager to ensure the availability of material, work force etc.
