Worked as a billing and reimbursement specialist for the commercial insurance financial class where i was able to get all
balances either refunded or wrillen off once the final payment was received and the claim was closed for further
processing.
Worked as an overpayment specialist for 2 years where i was promoted 2 Limes for my efficient processing of all credits
in our system for multiple financial classes. Audited billers, collectors, admissions specialists and cash posting specialists
work on each and every claim to ensure that the claim has been billed correctly, collected to completion, the coordination
of coverage was accurate, and the payments posted were all posted correctly and completely. Once complete determined
whether or not a refund was due back to the insurance company or we could keep the credit and write it off.

other source including patients and forwarded them to the appropriate parties to handle.
