Daily responsibilities include assisting with closeout of $1.4 Billion OCTA I-405 Improvement Corridor Toll Road expansion project by utilizing SharePoint to upload quality files (DIR, CAP, material testing records),to proper folders and add metadata where required. Also utilizing PlanGrid to download design drawings to complete final as-built packages for each segment/portion of project to turnover to OCTA, and linking processed RFI’s to correct design drawings and publishing to Project.

DOCUMENT AND DATA MANAGEMENT III, FLUOR
Continually Performing all aspects of Document Control III for large commercial clients such as Exxon. Special assignment in Anchorage, Alaska from 11/2012 to 10/2013, exclusively supporting Alaska Frontier Constructors (AFC), Subcontract which included biweekly visits to AFC offices assisting in streamlining document control procedures and submittals. Successfully implemented Electronic Document Review (utilizing Adobe software in conjunction with Smartplant
Foundation and SharePoint) in Anchorage office, substantially decreasing
log-in time while increasing timely returns of company/contractor reviewed
documents to subcontractor. Also eliminating the need for hard copies of
documents/drawings for squad check reviews. Provided single point of
contact document control support for additional subcontractors. All responsibilities
for duration of employment included logging in/out of subcontractor documents/drawings, updating SMDR (Subcontractor Master Document Register), utilizing DRAM/DDM for squad check distribution.

DOCUMENT AND DATA MANAGEMENT III, JACOBS ENGINEERING
As Document Control III, and lead of the ConocoPhillips Document Control team,
Duties consisted of continually performing all Document Control duties, both engineering
issues and processing vendor data on 4 major projects for ConocoPhillips (Ultra Low Sulfur
Diesel, FCC Particulate, Coker De-heading and Flare Gas Recovery). This included every aspect from start-up to close-out, including squad check, turnover of original documents and
electronic files to client, building end-of-project data books, and archiving
relevant project files. Additionally, duties included assisting with implementation of JPI (Jacobs Project Information System, (Lotus Notes based) on all ConocoPhillips projects,
including providing guidance and instruction to engineering disciplines. In addition to these duties, I was also responsible for supervising 3 Document Control team members as well as overseeing and assisting the progress and completion of 3 CoP projects (SCR Vacuum Heater/Boiler 7 Replacement, FCC Energy Reduction, and Coker Process Improvement).
Also included is the completion of the Refinery 101 advanced learning course at Jacobs, while continuing to learn about the entire refinery process.
August 1998 – February 2003
Technical Document Control Coordinator, Fluor Enterprises

Responsible for the expediting, receipt, recording and processing of supplier
engineering data (certified dimensional outlines, detailed drawings, quality
assurance manuals, etc.), essential to the $1.4 billion Hamaca Crude
Upgrader Project based in Jose, Venezuela. Accountable for 87 purchase
orders during this project, which included the Mechanical, Structural, Piping
and Control Systems disciplines. Responsible for processing change orders,
bills of materials and familiar with entire squad check process. Created
supplier transmittals in order to notify supplier of engineering progress. Was
personally responsible for the recording and processing of over 15,000
documents. Duties also included assisting in assembling plant manual and
operating manual for use at the refinery site, working with electronic files
and distribution, including both in-house and international/domestic using email and parcel post. Miscellaneous filing and record housekeeping.
Proficient in Lotus Notes, Windows 95/98, and VICTR2000, a specifically
created program database for recording and issuing documents.
