Computer Industry experience: I have over 29 years "hands-on" 2nd/3rd level experience in computer problem resolution, software and hardware installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades. I have resolved over 45,930+ computer problems and service requests. In addition, I have spearheaded over 85 projects including desktop lifecycle management projects, software implementations, completed user acceptance testing as well as documenting these projects to define and flow chart best practices regarding installation, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures. Additionally, I have (remotely) resolved and completed 10,750+ computer problems and service requests. My computing industry experience encompasses 15+ years of computer support work in the Health Care arena as well as over 10+ years in the Financial Services and Insurance industries.

Working with management, application development, end user community, and all project stakeholders to determine deliverables, time frames, and set expectations regarding scope of project. Design, develop, implement and execute plan to fulfill deliverables on time and within budget. Active directory, SCCM, image development, project planning and execution, security planning, implementation of security policies, virus removal, malware removal and prevention, disinfection of compromised systems and placement back into production environment. Software implementation projects, all aspects of hardware and software troubleshooting, hardware refresh (Desktop Lifecycle Management), software upgrades, disaster recovery planning, executing disaster recovery plan in simulation environment to facilitate process improvements.
