Worked as a System Engineer, responsibility include administration, support, troubleshooting and as trainer new member of the team in Private cloud (VMware, Oracle OVM, Oracle RAC cluster and Linux clustering and Window failover cluster) involved in multiple storage migration projects.

Responsible to design and architect and maintain Mission critical production environment.

Coordinated the implementation activities of an automation framework for quickly and easily deploying new servers/instances by providing jumpstart/kickstart.

Accomplishment: Migrated thousands of servers from standalone to virtualized environment by creating server/storage farms using Oracle VM (LDOM/zones/Kernel zone) using T5/T7 series of hardware by using OEM OpsCenter 12c (cloud operating system) as automation tool to simplify discovery and management of physical and virtualized assets., Saved the company thousands of dollars by migrating number of DB servers from VCS (Veritas cluster server) to Oracle RAC by implementing ASM/GRID (oracle clusterware) Worked closely with my application/DBA team to provide the robust environment.

As part of the DevOps/agile project implemented OpenStack as a cloud operating system that controls large pool of compute, storage and networking resources through the data center to be able to provision the vm in a matter of few minutes.
