Program Management 2021

Organized and developed a comprehensive project plan for the OneView Cardiopulmonary Bypass System Project. This project was severely impacted by COVID-19 restrictions due to engineering resources, supply chain interruptions, and the necessary transition to remote work.

Applied Automotive disciplines of Engineering Design Freeze, Comprehensive Prototype Engineering Costed BOM, and Prototype Build events prior to the Medical Systems Validation and Verification Stages in the product development.

Organized Supplier Summit meetings with Key Suppliers to track project progress during the COVID-19 restrictions.

Detroit Manufacturing Systems Detroit, MI

Director of Program Management and Product Engineering 2017 to 2019

Created and staffed a Product Engineering and Program Management group to support DMS transition from a Tier-2 Supplier to Tier-1 Supplier with Ford Motor Company resulting in PPAP of the Ford Ranger Console 3 months prior to Job 1 and achieving all pre-production build milestones for the new 2021 F-150 Instrument Panel and Console.

Developed a PMO and created Program Management System based on World Class OEM GPDS and North American APQP standards resulting in three successful new business launches in 2019 (FCA JT, Ford Ranger, Ford Explorer).
