Responsibilities: Providing oversight and supervision for the daily operations and performance of security services at Mazda-Toyota Manufacturing (MTM), maintaining adequate staffing to satisfy manpower needs, for recruiting, selection and hiring of new employees, and coordinating their onboarding through the Human Resources Department, coordinating the development of a Master Schedule that was utilized both for manpower scheduling and client billing, making frequent contact with the client liaison to ensure adequate services were being provided, working closely with the Director of Operations for training and guidance, collaborating with other team members to organize and implement project assignments, assisting with the development and revision of policies, procedures, and post orders, developing a variety of tools to collect, manage and report performance metrics to MTM management regarding the efficiency of security services, performing preliminary investigations of internal complaints and made disciplinary recommendation to the Human Resources Division.
Leadership: Provided direct supervision to two (2) Operations Captains, a Training Manager, the Fire Security Specialist team, and the Physical Security Officer. Lieutenant (Patrol Supervisor), Madison Police Department Madison, Alabama – 2012 to 2020
Responsibilities, Ensuring adequate staffing to achieve departmental goals and objectives safely and effectively, establishing goals and objectives for my assigned shift in support of the department’s mission, preparing and reviewing reports, completing a daily “Interwatch” summarizing daily activities for the shift, and ensuring that the police services provided to our community were of the highest standard attainable, serving as the Community Relations Officer which required attending HOA and neighborhood watch meetings
