I am a self-motivated and progress- driven qualified Facility/Property Manager Professional

(FMP) with an extensive background and wealth of experience in the Real Estate, Leasing & Development Industry for 20 years +, inclusive of Construction/Project/Security Administration Management, and the privilege to be fully involved/instrumental from the design, testing & commissioning phase, into the Operations/Management of developing, managing the operations and executing CAM budgets etc. I have achieved a long - standing record of initiative, analysing, innovation and negotiation strategies from start to execution. My reporting structure would have been solely under the Directors, CEO, Board of Directors, Chairman for the 20+ years of my employment. I am confident that my qualifications along with my experience, skill sets, strengths, and aura, will no doubt bring and add value to the profitability of any Organization, now and long term. Throughout the journey of my career, I have honed my abilities in some of, if not the most prestigious and A class Properties, inclusive of High Rise/Medium Multi-Family, High Rise/Medium Commercial, Strip-Malls, Schools, and Warehouses Properties to name a few, which are listed on my CV, and can be viewed on the relevant websites. I have also had the exposure and honour to work alongside multiple international Senior Property, Construction and Project Managers, including hands on experience on residential Multi-Family Properties during my stay randomly in Texas (Indian Hollow & Thousand Oaks). I am an astute problem- solver/goal getter, capable of prioritizing and managing complex projects with proficiency. I exercise respectable skills, both in oral and written communication, critical thinking, transparency, team building and knowledge sharing with a consistent positive force towards organizational improvements and profitability, in ensuring that all Residents and Tenants expectations are met. I am open minded, willing to learn and focused on new Developments in all aspects of my field, which have proven to be effective, efficient, inspirational, and motivational along with strong leadership management and collaborative work ethics. I do enjoy and is open to brainstorming and coordinating efforts with my staff/team to ensure that the solution achieve is a common goal, and in keeping with the Organization Policy and HSSE Compliance, notwithstanding that the highest service level is delivered and achieved to the customer.
