The most significant project has been for a large custom home builder in Jacksonville Florida where I helped them convert their interim financial statements to a percent complete basis and helped them identify and integrate a cloud based project management software that handles all aspects of the project including an interactive schedule integrated with subs, selection process, change order processes, and all vendor and client to builder communication.
