Carry out Instrumentation and Control work scopes and planned maintenance in line with qualifications, abilities and experience and in accordance with the maintenance system and Procedures.

Carry out unplanned and non-routine maintenance as required.

Conduct fault finding and rectification for Instrumentation and Control equipment Such as Transmitter and Switch (Pressure, Level, Flow and Temperature) and Valves (Position control valves, on/off valve and Actuators)

Rebuild Hydraulic Fusible loop under 200 bar, Fire Water Solenoid in the workshop. The process covers changing new kit and testing above working pressure, and checking the leak and approve pass after 24 hours

Draw, read and interpret technical drawings (P&IDs, Instrument loop diagram, Instrument Cause and Effect, Instrument datasheet and instrument layout diagram.

Carry out Preventative maintenance and break down maintenance jobs of Safety critical equipment Such as Optima Plus Gas Detector, Fenwal Rate Compensate Heat detector, Thorn MXF 100 Heat Detector, Executive Action Pushbutton, Infra-red Flame Detector, Line of sight, Oxygens detector, Linear heat Detector and H2S Detector. Firefighting system

such as Water mist for the Generator power turbine,

Inergen System for Main Switch board room, Telcom room and

Central Equipment room and Deluxe system for

Deck sprinkle system contains Water and Foam.

Meeting all relevant standards and requirements of safe to carry out safety and critical equipment calibration. example required Maintenance Override Switch (MOS) to be applied before starting the job.
