Nucor vulcraft 2004-2011

lead welder, lead rigger maintenance. Lead rigger were responsible for making sure teammates knew how to assemble joist. I had to read the blue prints lay out the joist per specs. Lead welder was responsible for making sure joist had proper welds and assuring proper assembly and weld meant of the joist. Maintenance was responsible for scheduling all the preventative maintenance and responsible for all shutdown projects for the modified line. With a priority on safety. Follow lock out tag out procedures. Make sure the proper parts and system were installed.

Nucor Yamato- 2011-2017

adleman oversaw all aspects of the ladlewall including maintenance maintenance planing and special projects traveling tech for Nucor setting up the newly acquired mills and getting them ready to run.

Doing electrical updating hydraulics systems electrical systems planning down days and new projects. As a member of the road crew I was responsible for the team and planning all projects making sure all electrical and hydraulics systems performed correctly. Responsible for assembly of new systems. Modified existing roller beds, alloy systems. Was responsible for recabling crane all safety check’s including handrail placement, tie off points to make them osha compliant. Responsible for all guarding issues. Overhaul of hydraulic systems. Had to read blue prints and understand every process to insure we met deadlines. Participated in leadership training, lock out tag out, osha training, maintenance training, engineering training, computer skills, high angle rescue and confined space training. I work with other teammates including the plant manager, melt shop manager and maintenance manager.

Nucor-Yamato 2018-2019

Left Nucor 2017. Had family tragedy. In 2018 I was offered a position to come back as ladleman and special projects. I oversaw the replacement of all ladle gates. Was responsible for scheduling ladles out of services for the upgrade had to replace all ladle cylinder and make sure gates were assembled correctly. Make a new Pm schedule for the new gates was responsible for all welding and hydraulic work on ladles. And responsible for upgrading the ladle walls hydraulic and electrical systems and crane maintenance for the area. Was responsible for all planning during shutdown. The agreement was I would stay until the modifications were complete with the choice to stay with Nucor.

Plasman- 2019-present

Maintenance planner and lead. Responsible for all Pm maintenance on hydraulics,plc, and electric systems primarily troubleshoot shooting and modifications. Responsible for all paint robot system the upgrading and troubleshooting of new systems. I was responsible for the everyday upkeep of said systems. I had to plan down days and make sure all deadlines were met. Order parts and keep up with inventory. Modify racks and roller beds for new systems. Make sure all hydraulic and air systems were satisfactory.
