I have amassed more than 30 years of IT infrastructure experience. This includes more than 20 years of IT management, and more than 14 years of project management experience across multiple areas. My experience includes:

• Day to day management of IT departments where we provided End User Services. As a team we maintained the end user workstations and laptops including scheduled patch management, upgrades, imaging and repairs.

• My teams were responsible for all aspects of server, network, end user, voice, and cable plant engineering and administration.

• Managing project from creation to completion. These projects encompassed every area and teams of infrastructure. Along with managing the complete project, I also managed many of the teams performing the work and in some cases performing the implementation.

• Managing the of project plans as well as managing the migration teams of four data centers from one location to another. These included migrating from an on-premise sites to a co-locations.

• I handled the project and team management for the upgrade of Windows 8 to Windows 10 across the corporate office and branches for First Baird BancShares with minimal downtime for the users. We utilized a new batch of equipment to replace the oldest and reutilized newer equipment as we rolled from site to site. This minimized the impact to the users while lowering the financial expense to the business. All of this work was performed in schedule and budget.

• I managed the project and teams/ vendors involved in the migration of older phone systems into centralized Unified Communications for two separate organizations. One of these migrations included a Customer Service and Technical Support Call Centers at multiple locations.

• I manage my teams by providing them the guidance, training, and support they need to perform their duties. I work to make a cohesive team that works well together and support each other to make a strong support team for the business.

• I have a problem-solving mindset that helps to dissect issues down to isolated components to determine where to start or even resolve the issues when they are unable to on their own.
