Organization of the administrative offices, human resources, legal area, warranty claims, imports, exports, quotations, sales and cash flow.

Development and refinement of Bucyrus Peru’s imports and exports, with zero percentage of fines.

Responsible for the whole circuit of Bucyrus Peru’s International Trade.

Responsible analyzing historical prices of all the spare parts and major components for presenting atractive quotes to our customers and get their subsequent purchase orders.

Responsible for coordinating the freight charges of all the spare parts and equipment coming to Peru with our main office at Milwaukee.

Responsible for the guarantees of all the new spare parts and Bucyrus equipment nationwide, until its completion, includes the warranty claim to the factory, mobilization of the new component, inventory adjustments until the recovery of the credit note from the factory and its accounting application.

Among my achievements I can consider four (4) cases successfully completed in favor of Bucyrus Peru:

Recognition of an expense of S /. 10'000,000.00 from SUNAT due to warranty claims on Bucyrus International Peru favor.

Recognition of US $ 1'400,000.00 expense, for payment of penalties to our customer Antamina.

Award granted by our main Office at Milwaukee as the best management of guarantees worldwide.

Recognition to my Work Team for archieving the best OTD (On Time Delivery) of the world's subsidiaries.

I worked directly with the Founder and General Manager of Bucyrus Peru Mr. James Douglas Ingram, and later with Eng. Fernando Armas - General Manager of Bucyrus International Peru. I worked with Eng. Amado Yataco, preparing the Minerals Contracts for International Sales (Sales Abroad).

Nominated for working directly with Dr. José Tealdo, Director of CENTROMIN PERU and RENASA, assuming the following responsibilities:

Elaboration of monthly reports on current lawsuits, civil, penal and labor of the company, as well as culminated lawsuits, duly valued.

Drafting and follow up of the labor demands.

Respond all the Notifications under the warning of Law.

Responsible for the preparation and liquidations of the resigning personnel, as well as, the projection of the service time compensation.
