• Coordinate and supervise the services of consulting firms, brokers, trustees, other outside resources to assure appropriate delivery of services, on time and within established budgets.

• Assist with managing all group benefit plans.

• Assist with managing annual Open Enrollment for group benefit plans.

• Recruit, train, and oversee daily operation of assigned Benefits Staff team.

• Assist with managing group insurance contracts.

• Resolve administrative problems with carrier representatives and third party administrators.

• Manage the Retiree Health Insurance Program.
