Managed a $20M project with a team of ~50 to document, standardize, and optimize procurement and supply chain practices for 150+ Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) medical centers.

Led strategic engagements with client stakeholders; oversee staff, including a remote project management team; coordinate site visits and meetings; lead PMOs; and execute customer center methodology to ensure superior customer service.

Led Presidential Transition coordination for the VA ($875K budget): Prepared senior career leadership for new political appointees; managed a staff of 10, as well as subcontractors and junior project managers; modernized and digitized paperwork from a binder system into an

electronic database; developed a new framework for the onboarding of new political appointees.

Veterans Health Administration (VHA) ($8M budget): Worked on a large-scale project with 20 staff to aid procurement, installation, servicing and disposal of high-tech medical equipment for the entire VA health system; stood up a 40 FTE office of biomedical and procurement professionals; created a supply chain operating model, an inventory data analysis and national equipment catalog, an analysis dashboard for undelivered orders, and a framework for 240 site visits to VA medical centers.

2014 - 2016 Directed training delivery, transition management, system roll out and post-go-live support for the enterprise wide end-to-end Human Resource solution for 88K federal employees and contractors. Managed key contracts valued at $12M to $15M.

Identified an opportunity to improve the HR system (benefits, payroll) in collaboration with the Department of Defense; led change management efforts with the FDA and

CDC to align processes and tools to support wide-scale implementation of the new

system; acted as the key liaison to bring feedback to the senior project managers.
