EXPERIENCE:

August 2020 to November 2023: Managing Director, MobiPharma Ltd,

Mobipharrma was born out of a desire to assist patients to access their medical needs with lesser hurdle. It is a home/last mile drug and pharmaceuticals delivery cooperative.

Using Internet/online provisions, drugs are sourced including scarce medications and delivered with the aid of authorised third party transport companies to patients within the Federal Capital Territory.

January 2020 to November 2023: Superintendent Pharmacist with Orange Drugs Ltd Abuja Wholesale/Distribution branch.

Directly interfacing with regulatory bodies and in compliance with strict health, industry and organizational regulations, routine inspection of drug storage sites and monitoring drug supply expiration dates and verifying proper supply levels are maintained.

Using knowledge in Pharmaceutical soft wares, data is managed, and a balance in procurement, storage, distribution, income and expenditure is ensured.

Monthly and Annual reports are prepared using Microsoft word and excel.

February 2019 to November 2023: Locum Pharmacist with H-medix Pharmacy and stores, Wuse, Abuja.

Because the community pharmacy is the first port of call for common ailments such as Flu, Allergic reactions, cough, Malaria, etc, Treatments are given over the counter to ailing persons.

Special provision are made for elderly and physically challenged, and their follow ups are taken with utmost care.

Prescriptions are also received from healthcare providers, interpreted and if any drug therapy problems are identified, it is communicated to the prescriber prior to dispensing the medications and health products.

Older staffs organise seminars and trainings for newly employed staff to give them a head start, and guide them till they are stable.

Using the Pharmacovigilance/yellow form, Adverse drug reactions(ADR) are recorded and reported to regulatory bodies.
