Cumberland, Maryland – Job Title: Customer Service Agent II
CSC Duties: Answering calls and assisting customers with various MVA questions and services. Customer support would include, but not limited to: drivers license services, identification cards, moving into state, suspensions, insurance violations, vehicle titling, vehicle registration, state inspections, vehicle emissions inspections and laws, non-compliance licensing, scheduling drivers skill test, corrections for license, titles, and registrations. Assisting customers with navigation on our website to compete preferred tasks. Assisting with lien placements and dealer titling. Composing correspondences for out-of-state customers requesting titles from lien-holder. Winchester, VA – Job Title: Utility/Back Up Machine Operator (Pouch Room)
Utility Duties: Relieve operators for lunch/breaks, check for flavor/schedule changes, pull flavor rolls, EZO's, back and bottom foils as needed from stock and scan into SAP to update and maintain stock. I operated forklifts, foil tilt, floor jacks and walkies. Loaded and shrink wrapped skids from each machine. Created, scanned and attached appropriate load tags for skids to be stored in warehouse. Pulled skids for rush orders, created placards and operator stickers when necessary. Shift end totals for all machines, material movements, bin to bins, product holds and copies as needed. Weighed, logged, loaded and unloaded trucks with recycled crates/materials. Supplied empty crates/skids from trucks as needed to production floor. Completed inspections on pouches for QA/QC and correcting HOLD materials as needed. Also completed shift end clean up on daily basis. Operator Duties: Operated and processed pouch machines during breaks and when working overtime or in the absence of an employee. Performed preventive maintenance on machines such as emptying punch-outs, lubing equipment, checked lines for leaks, blade changes and adjustments when necessary. Roll changes (flavor, back, bottom and EZO's) when needed. Completed traceability and shift totals for machines operated, cleared and corrected packer jams or foil burns. I completed necessary checks on pouches by vacuum testing, spooning, visual inspections and entered data in computer. Responsible for reporting problems in green room meetings to supervisors, techs and maintenance. I also worked with staff to correct any problems from prior shifts that were revealed in meetings.
