• Developed and implemented new Product Supply system and manufacturing program for startup company; then integrated this new system within Newell Rubbermaid business unit after acquisition.

• Regional Business Leader and Plant Manager for Madras Packaging, a plastics bottle company. Joined the company at a time when they had lost a preferred supplier status with Procter & Gamble. During my tenure, Madras achieved the preferred supplier status and exceeded P&G’s QA assessment requirements. Madras profits in year two exceeded $2 million dollars.

• Successfully started Sanders & Associates International as a best value project management company. Led a significant transition to offer a single point contact company for all things to do with facilities and utilities. This included consulting with partner companies in business development and product line expansion.

• Project leader for a grass roots product supply capability in Brazil. Consolidated 3 facilities, doubled capacity, and improved quality assurance and people readiness. Completed 3 months early with 20% less capital than authorized.

• Led capital implementation in a new South American business unit, including a very successful integration of the global technology into the new acquisition’s technology.

• Contract Project Manager to various clients and variety of manufacturing formats. Clients included Folgers, VI Jón, PepsiCo, Gatorade, Conagra, Madras Packaging (for Sunny Delight), Duin Construction, and Campbell Snacks.
