OBJECTIVE

I would like to work in the CNC manufacturing industry and create products for the company that meet customer requirements in terms of quality, quantity and delivery. One of my goals is to use my existing skills to become a valuable manager at Blue Origin. If I am accepted to work for Blue Origin, I will try my best with my existing skills in operating CNC machines, setting up parts, manufacturing products and components, and making programs from exported Mastercam software. Output the NC file and put it into the CNC machine and constantly learn more experience. from the company to improve yourself. Be willing to adapt and learn.

My English is not good. If I get into Blue Origin, I will try to learn English more and better. SKILLS :

CNC operation and manual measurement skills.

CNC MILL OPERATOR, SETUP. Material Ceramic, Alumic, Quartz .

+ Run CNC Mill machines to meet program and part specifications.

+ Able to inspect work with basic inspection equipment. Use Precision Micrometer-Indicator-Caliper.

+ Setup and operate multi-axis CNC machines (mills and lathe)

+ AUTOCAD – SOLIDWORKS basic.

+ Proficient in using MASTERCAM software.

+ Programming from Mastercam software to CNC machines.

+ Complete machining operations from blueprints, drawings and/or verbal instructions

+ Work with complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials.

+ Provide feedback to engineering teams on how to improve designs and part quality

+ Willingness to adapt and learn.

+ Certificate : CNC 3D - MULTIAXIS PROGRAMMING
