RN Consultant for 7- 9 facilities within the Northern Region of Indiana traveling to facilities to provide support and education for the Director’s of Nursing. Audited for compliance for the State and Federal regulations. I was directly involved in all the state regulatory processes within my assigned facilities . I provided a Life Station program which included education for implementation of each of the stations and the unit structure for the Dementia Secured Units within the facilities. I assisted with development of policies and procedures for new programs and regulations and the implementation within the facilities.
