• Supervisory Procurement Specialist (Acting) for the Logistics Division – Serves as Supervisory Procurement Specialist in the absence of the Supervisor. Oversee the workflow for the staff and employees, in the absence of the Supervisor. Coordinate and interact with other Department and engage in selected stakeholders, assisting over 400 airports (Small, Medium and Large Hubs). Provided guidance and training to the staff. Assigned work, adjusted schedules, handled projects and approved request and taskers as needed. Contributed to continuous process improvement in order to achieve objectives.

• Administrative Support - Handles administrative task and the day-to-day operations in the Security Operations/Logistical Division. Provides expert knowledge on policies, operations, and mission related procedures. Provides support to all staff, using problem solving techniques and skills. Processes all correspondence and follow-up actions, oral and written communication related to requests from staff, management, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Management Control Program Manager (MCPM) – Acts as the MCPM for the TSA Management Control Program (MCOP) – Provides guidance to ensure all TSA assessments techniques are correct and completed on time. Prioritizing list of actions, and setting deadlines. Reviews the assessments and ensures all control activity periods are in compliance. Verifies that proper documentation is uploaded in the assessments

(excluding all PII related documents). Works in coordination with the HQ departments and programs to ensure a completion rate of 98% or higher annually.

• COR Level II for Mission Support and Procurement Contracts – Processes contract related tasks and assignments, market research, vendor research, cost estimates and analysis, IGCE, assembling the packages for purchase request as needed.

• Pandemic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – Processes all PPE related supply request through the Airport Information Management (AIM) database/system. Reviews, approves and calculates supply request on a daily basis. Troubleshoots, tracks and answers all PPE related questions and inquires through the SO Logistics mailbox, helpdesk, telephone and email. Interacts with the PMIS Contractors, HUBs, airport staff, Points of contact for the warehouse and all departmental staff. Provides training and guidance for staff as needed.

• Meeting/Scheduling Coordinator – via Skype, WebEx, Cisco Jabber, Outlook etc. schedules meetings and prepares agendas, meeting materials and handles the meeting minutes and summaries.

• WebTA - Master Timekeeper for the Logistics Division – reviews timesheets for employees, makes corrections as needed, validate timesheets per request from management. Updates employees work schedules and accounting codes as needed.

• Records Coordinator – (electronic records) maintains office records and inquires, administrative request to ensure information is easily retrieved and formatted.

• Employee Advisory Council (EAC) Member – Serves as a volunteer on the EAC Panel – provides input on panel discussions regarding a variety of employee related topics. Analyze key viewpoint on surveys and provide recommendations. Develops open communication channels for employees to voice opinions in an anonymous environment. Identify programs and activities that will potentially increase employee morale and enhance career/professional development. Solicit feedback from Directorates to address and recognize areas of concern, to discuss and propose solutions to Leadership.

• Training – Maintains certifications requirements for all TSA/DHS mandated trainings. Including all COR certifications through FAITSA/DUA and external trainings when funding is available.

• Assist the USPRLL Division Chief, Section Heads, and up to 70 employees within the Division.

• Process all budget requests. Reconcile all purchases monthly, and end of the fiscal year purchases. Using the internal eManagement system, update and track all credit card transactions and purchases. Provided budget related justifications and analysis for fiscal year request etc.
