OBJECTIVE

Looking for Project Safety Manager/HSE Manager Position.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Core Construct Inc. Project Safety Manager 10/2018 – Present

New construction residential, renovation retail interiors bailout including new additions.

Responsible for overall safety performance of the project which included: Safety procedure writing/compliance and implementation.

Review project scope of works, specifications, and contracts to obtain a good working knowledge of the project prior to installation kick-off. Participate in project planning meetings as requested. Review and development of JHA/JSA. Job Walk down with PM for upcoming projects. Manage company pre-surveys, perform risk assessment, Implement/Enforce company Safety Policy, Insurance EMR rates are reduced.

Fisher Tank Inc. Roxboro NC (Duke Energy site): Safety Manager 08/2018 – 10/2018

Working on tank installations, for waste water, including preparation and clean up for primer and topcoat.

Assist Project Lead with development of field project punch-list, maintain the punch-list, and ensure that the installation contractor adequately completes the punch-list. Final job part was to attached outside stairway and hand rails on all 4 tanks.

Ensure Safety stand downs are conducted in accordance with procedural requirements by Duke Energy policy. JHA/JSA development and review.

Final verification of contractor safety, equipment, and LOTO training and qualifications.

Work with Project Lead and installation contractor on schedule development.

Participate as a project team member and provide primary construction oversight of installation contractors.
