Machine operator for the Pacific.

Oversaw line and ensured equipment was set correctly when running a new product. Responsible for ensuring the bags didn’t have to much air or gas. Making sure the labels on the product were correct while coming down the line.

Responsible for interacting with team members daily. Check on new team members and members in Tyson’s Health Management Program.

Conducted videos of members that were previously injured and found ways to make the job better so that the next team member doesn’t get hurt.

Testing knives before they go to the floor, so our trimmers are starting production off the right way and with a sharp knife. Tracked our trimmers throughout the day to make sure their knifes are sharp and making sure they know how to use the mice trap to sharp their knife.
