I assist with developing a schedule of activities for participants and assist with supervising activities to provide assistance and ensure safety for the children as well as the adults. I assist the students who attend the recreation center for aftercare and help with their homework and different task that they need assistance with. Understand community needs in recreational areas and evaluate activities according to those needs. Operating Rec Trac for each customer that includes signing each customer in and making sure that their needs are met.
