• Consecutive successful on-time on-budget launches from 2005 GM FST Front Bumpers through 2016 GM FST GMC LD MCE as well as underbody components for the Camaro, Malibu, and under-hood wheelhouse assemblies for the Cadillac and Camaro lines were accomplished exceeding customer requirements.

o Planned and lead DOE VA/VE analysis to predict and mitigate potential failure modes on the GMT-901/11 and reduce unit costs 27% with cross-functional team input. VCST Powertrain Components, Chesterfield, MI - Quality Assurance Manager 2003 -2004 -Plant relocated to Mexico early 2005.

• Created identification boundary sample catalogue and traceability system with five UAW reports and production personnel that increased First Time Quality to 98% and eliminated customer concerns.
