Factors that led to high incidence of teenage pregnancy were poverty, broken homes, peer and social influence and lastly curiosity.These were the major causes of teenage pregnancy at the fishing community.

Low detection rate was due to inadequate knowledge on paediatric tuberculosis. Lack of adquate logistics in diagnosing children of tuberculosis. Inadequate screening of children for TB.
Assessing the barriers and facilitators of HIV/AIDS service inclusion to Health Centres in Central Region
Barriers included : inadequate logistics, viral load testing not done because there were faulty machines, stigma of health personnel who offer HIV/AIDS services. Facilitators included motivation by health professionals from recovery of clients put on ARTs, availability of drugs. Facilities also help sponsor for the.trasportation.
