Lead Pipeline Engineer

●The Optimum Shah Gas Expansion (OSGE) Project - ADNOC Sour Gas, Shah Field, UAE

Objective is to increase the Shah Gas Plant (Ultra sour gas) and Shah Sulphur Station capacity to process 1.45 BSCFD by implementing relatively minor modifications to the plant.

The total flow shall be 1450 MMSCFD at inlet of slug catcher upon commissioning of the 7 new wells and flowlines from Main Pad 6, 7 and 8 in the sour gas field.

Pipeline scope includes 14km of 24” diameter inter pad linking and transfer pipeline (in Sour gas field) of 12 km (up to Shah Main plant receiving station) with 24” diameter.

●EPC FOR BAB 485 MBD SUSTAINABLE FACILITIES PROJECT – ADNOC Onshore, UAE

Main job responsibilities consist of Detailing, Procurement and Construction. The project scope is as below including on-pad and off-pad,

-44 nos comprise of Gas Lift Headers, Sub-Headers, and Gas Lift Flowlines

-46 nos comprise of Oil Flowlines,

-37 nos comprise of Water Injection Header, Sub-Header, and WI Flowlines,

-Replacement of total 55km of 20” dia Oil Transfer Lines (3nos) and

-BCDS modification.

●HALIBA FULL FIELD DEVELOPMENT Phase 1

The facilities in this Greenfield project with minimum manning (SMART field concept) includes 41 Production wells (Gas associated with Oil), Piping, flowlines and network, 3 Water source wells, Water injection system, 39 Water injection wells, multi-phase Oil and water flowlines, Multiport Selector Manifolds, Pig Traps, 16” diameter 65km Export Pipeline from Haliba Central Gathering Facilities to ANDNOC Onshore Asab CDS including all tie-ins, Multiphase flow meters. The utility systems and associated infrastructure were developed to support Haliba facilities.

●HALIBA FULL FIELD DEVELOPMENT Phase 2

FEED of Phase 2 project was separated into three major categories as follows:

-New well gathering facilities for the Prospects (Prospect Al Humrah, Bu Tasah, Bu Nikhelah, Bu Qalla, Riqueah).

-Central Degassing Station (CDS) for Gas production, Gas injection and export.

-New 20” diameter Oil and 8” diameter Gas export pipelines.

●CONCEPT, PRE-FEED, FEED, SUPERVISION OF DETAIL ENGINEERING AND PMC FOR SIBA FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FOR KUWAIT ENERGY IRAQ LIMITED (KEIL).

As Integrated Project Management Team, the major responsibilities include:

Development of Concept and performing Pre-FEED, Front End Engineering as well as Project Management of Detail Engineering and Construction for entire 6” dia flowlines and 12” dia gathering network to collect production from several wells and deliver this to the CPF via trunk lines.

Supervising for Detail Engineering & Construction of Mechanical facilities, Piping as well as Pipelines. Experience in Technical Services, Facilities and Projects. The TRF (Taweelah Receiving Facilities) has a capacity to receive 3.2 BSCFD of natural gas from Ras Laffan in Qatar through a 360 km x 48” diameter offshore Export Pipeline. Job involved Design, engineering, construction and commission of 42” dia Pipelines and static equipment for operating onshore / offshore oil & gas processing facilities.

●Compressor Station – Al Ain, the project consists of 30” dia header pipeline and 24” dia compressor inlet as well as gas turbine inlet piping with intercooler in between.

●Stress Analysis Pig trap and associated piping for 36” dia Sangachal Offshore Pipeline Project.

●Worked for designing of the 42” diameter with length of 1770km BTC (Baku – Tbilisi – Ceyhan) Crude oil Pipeline in Turkey. Site supervision of construction activities, Layout for offshore wellheads, platforms and gathering stations, Pig Trap and valve assemblies for offshore. Loading line and pipeline end manifold.
