2019- Present – Regional Sales Representative- Cedar Rapids, IA South Eastern Regional Sales Manager, Developed marketing for asphalt preservation products for the indicated regions dealing with government agencies at a state and federal level providing seminars and training throughout the regions of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee . 2003 – 2019- Sales Manager – General Asphalt - Miami, FL Developed a market in South Florida building working relationships with contractors, local and state agencies. Developed long term business relationships while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and further strengthening the reputation of General Asphalts products and services in this key market. Contract negotiations, management of jobsite personnel and performance as well as scheduling of equipment and manpower for each job. Attend all industry networking functions and monthly safety classes. Resolve customer disputes, contact, resolve and collect late payment collection issues.
