Job Description: Client Cash/Cash Sweep: Client Cash - Responsible for all the cash activities (Trades Settlement,TLP, IMT, Cap stock, Cash reporting) and reporting exact available cash of Mutual funds to Investment Managers. Cash Sweep - It's a Fund's strategy to utilize the EOD balance by investing in Repos

(Repurchase Agreements) and long-term investments. Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Cash and Cash Sweep

Browse all types of trades in a fund and settle the trades which are authorized to settle. Remaining trades are reported to the onshore team to settle.

Posting the Capital Stock trades (Subscription/Redemption) based on the TA file.

Cash Tie Out the Accounting with Custody in Cash Projector Application. Suppress (Remove) from cash if the trades get duplicated. Post manual adjustment in Cash Projector if any accounting trades are missing. Save down the Cash sheet in client drive, finalize and send in Cash projector before the given deadline to the Client

Save down the wire instruction from RightFax/Email and process the wire transaction in VMW application as per the wire instructions

Transfer money internally from Fund to Fund by Posting manual entries (Omp) as per the instruction received

Research and clear the TLP cash Break and recode if required

Ensure all the Trades are processed within the Cut off time and invest the available positive cash to Repos. A CSV file will be prepared in the instructed format and that needs to be uploaded to the MMOMS website

(Custody). The repo trades will be hit in accounting and trades need to settled. Verify the trades are settled in Custody/Accounting and MMOMS website and make sure the end of the day balance is zero

Verify all the Trades are processed within the Cut off time before performing the Cash Sweep. Investing all the available cash in cash sweep application in the EOD and review the sweeps

Process month end and Ad adhoc activities and review all the activities processed by junior analyst and give timely feedbacks

Prepared SOP for newly migrated fund

Tracking and updating KPI on daily basis
