Project recovery and implementation management for all planning, design and procurement operations, for the complete structural, utilities, weather protection and interior fit-out rehabilitation of a major regional Type A hospital. Assessment and evaluation of preliminary redevelopment information including geodetic surveys for site planning, service utilities, structural & environmental assessments, safety & security including low voltage CCTV and Access control risk determination, implementation and prevention. Development of a preliminary budget and project schedule to include medical equipment acquisition and installation for a turnkey return to its comprehensive clinical service center. Development of a project management and administration policy and structure to launch and manage this tedious J$4.5B (US$30M) multidisciplinary rehabilitation program and assure its construction integrity.

PMA Consultants (PSE&G, NJ) – Sr. Project Manager/Consultant, 2017 to 2018
