• Planned and performed a wide variety of fittings, assembly, installation, and alignment of complicated parts to exact engineering tolerances and operating requirements using hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic tools.

• Required interpretation of blueprints and schematics to determine specifications, needed sequencing and tooling requirements, measurements, and allowable tolerances. Expectations included verifying conformance of workpieces to specifications using calipers, micrometers, squares, rulers, and measuring tapes.

• Fabricated and installed 12V/24V electrical systems, a wide variety of parts, and specialty components for custom designed trucks.

• Positioned, repositioned, aligned, and tightened fit parts according to specifications. This required utilizing tools ranging from braces, jacks, clamps, ropes, bolt straps or bolt parts, turnbuckles, wedges, drift pins, pry bars, hammers, hoists, and cranes.

• This position also required that I use and maintain personal high quality mechanics tools with upright rolling tool box, which speaks directly to my dedication to finding a long term career that is mechanical in nature. (2019)
