Sure, Inc. is the manufacturer and marketer of a new kind of early breast cancer detection exam to identify masses in breast tissue. Bexa™ is a new, FDA-cleared 510(k) medical device that employs high resolution elastography to produce a map of abnormal breast tissues and masses. Addition of Bexa™ to a breast exam is quick, painless, radiation-free and produces immediate results. Responsibilities

• Responsible for revenue growth of the company within the marketplace of employers, insurance and benefits brokers and on-site healthcare providers through direct sales and via distributors and partners.

• Responsible for the company’s engagement of women to adopt the breast exams with Bexa procedure, branding, marketing and retention strategies to both clients and women, identification and engagement of partner organizations and interaction with Board of Directors. Accomplishments

• Developed brand strategy and B-2-B and B-2-C creative campaigns as part of soft launch in the self-insured employer market. Included website updates, POS, collateral, email campaigns, client marketing kit and brand guide, sales materials for trade shows, video production.

• Developed internal processes for sales tracking and pipeline management, client service and retention, reporting, program implementation and contractual agreements.

• Successfully launched 20 early adopter onsite programs; collaborated with examiners to create a spa-like experience for patients and turn-key onsite program for clients designed to increase breast cancer screening engagement.

• Through onsite demos, client case studies and patient testimonials, and in partnership with benefits broker sales team, built sales pipeline with over 250 qualified leads

(representing >250,000 Ees); expanded partnership to include 100 senior benefits consultants and major brokers to scale nationally.

• In nearly every instance, within minutes of an email invitation/FAQ going out from HR to employees, exam appointment days/times filled in less than 30 minutes. 99% of all women having a Bexa exam said they would have one again. Ongoing engagement efforts include email and text marketing as well as online client and patient portals.
