Project Manager

Using strong business communication skills, organization, technical experience, project ownership and personal drive, I have effectively led projects from inception to implementation. I have the ability to work in agile & waterfall methods as required in a fast-paced environment. I am comfortable working with technical and business users utilizing excellent listening, verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. • Employee Technology Computers (ETC): ETC was made up of four parts; user drive move to one drive(2000), Cisco server decommission(32) and phone upgrade 5 sites in UK Germany and United States, Conference rooms upgrade(16) and Thin client distribution(292). I reorganized the project using multiple project management tools to better show current state of the multiple moving parts. I focused the teams on the priorities, completing more tasks in a more comprehensive organized manner. I included stakeholders in planning and project completion increasing communication and collaboration for the team and users making our changes more transparent.

• Pin Pad deployment: Original machines deployed were not successful. The new firmware made transactions very slow and Master Card transactions would repeatedly error. The issues had been going on since May. I was able to get a single device downgraded with previous firmware, drove it to the store and installed it myself. We successfully tested for a week. After negotiating the re-deployment with the vendor covering the cost and providing hardware. The fix, and deployment of 17 stores was completed in 3 weeks.

• Data Science Platform innovation: Developers had been working on the project for some time. When I started, I arranged a demonstration for the team to present the product. After the demonstration it was clear the team did not have accurate requirements or testing plans. I arranged for a Business Analyst to join the team. I worked with the BA to create current work flow, future workflow, business and quality assurance requirements. PMO Analyst

Developed C-level executive dashboards and automated reports utilizing Power BI, Zoho Analytics and Azure DevOps. Extracted, transformed and loaded necessary data for dashboards and reports. Supported multiple Projects and development teams within project data driven solutions to assist in project status and resource allocation. Assisted Data Warehouse Director in various operational intelligence visualization reports to help monitor system health and product usability.
