National account sales responsibility at UniPro Foodservice, largest purchasing organization of independent foodservice distributors such as Ben E Keith, DOT Foods, Jkings, Restaurant Depot and Woodfruitticher. New process development - Refrigerated Dept. sales increased 15% from $85 to $98 million. A weekly vs. monthly pricing report resulted in more frequent and larger orders because it was an EDI (electronic data interface) (new process) vs. fax (old process).

Managed sales private label Hot Bev program – Reflections – coffee, tea, coca, cappuccino. Co-packed by Tetley/Red Diamond.

Facilitated and orchestrated various business building opportunities with key funding suppliers (12). Accomplished through the cooperative’s purchasing conferences, distributor trade shows, and end user sales calls with suppliers and distributors.
