Sep’18 to till date - Sterling & Wilson International Solar FZCO (SWISFZCO) Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Description: SWISFZCO is one of the world’s largest Solar EPC Company wherein the Company has installed and commissioned more than 16GW of Solar Farms in 29 countries. Responsible for raising resources from Banks for execution of EPC Solar projects, Financial Forecasting and Budgeting, managing all financial reporting and analysis, Financial Analysis, cash management, Risk Compliance and Management, Controllership and Multitasking, Cost Control & Optimization. Role:

Secured Working Capital Facilities of approx. USD 500 Mn from banks and insurance relationship with COFACE, Euler Hermes for various project under execution across countries in UAE, Australia, USA, Oman etc.

Obtained sanction of back-to-back structure financing with HSBC and other banks for more than USD 200 Mn for various Solar Projects.

Evaluated budget plans and current costs to project trends and recommended risk mitigation.

Oversee the operations of the monthly accounts and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, Scrutiny of general ledger, payrolls, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure, variance analysis, reconciliations etc. Designed & implemented processes controls to ensure proper accounting for each project and improved tracking of leading indicators of business results.

Negotiated and secured Long Term loan and Working Capital facilities of over USD 150 Mn Crores from Banks.

Primary KRA was fund raising from banks, organic/inorganic growth and acquisitions, upgrade of credit rating, vision-setting, investor interface and all Commercial functions into finalization of accounts, audit, taxation. Role:

Improvised the Working Capital Facilities and debts worth over Rs 700 Crores and reduced ROI on all existing TL / WC thereby saving interest cost of approx. USD 2 Mn.

Upgraded credit rating AA (Double AA) from BBB for Long Term and Short-Term Banking Facility.

Organized Commercial Paper of USD 150 Mn from mutual funds at low-cost interest rates.
