Responsible for all facets of Settlement services for the above referenced Title Agency, Underwritten by Chicago Title Company.
Embracing the newest technology in the industry, I was responsible for every aspect of the process including but not limited to:
oSearching title and issuing commitments for Title insurance
o Resolving exceptions to title/clearing title
o Closing Title ie; Issuing and balancing CD’s, HUD and ALTA statements
