Trammel Crow Central Tx. 1994-1998

Lead Electrican for The Milam Building. In charge of maintaining, installing, and updating all electrical needs of entire high rise building. Duties included but not limited to completing full tenant finish outs, replacing and repairing all electrical plugs, switches, and lights, while also maintaining all the equipment used to run the buildings water supply and HVAC.This included changing out pumps, disconnects, and motor control starters. Extensive experience gained in trouble shooting this 1928 building and upgrading various systems to meet code compliance and creating upgrades for efficiency. This involved converting old panels with fuses to new style breaker panels, upgrading motors from single speed to variable speed motor for high efficiency, and installing e-speed drives. Responsible for programming and installing the control boards, switches, and sensors, while also approving daily work done by assigned crew. This included creating the design, installation, and programing of the new systems entirely.
