Call center representative
My duties as a DMV call center representative or to take incoming calls and at the same time help the customers with their knees, questions or concerns. If they needed documents, resent or any forms, I would send them out. I also answered many questions and successfully helped people. During this roll many customers told me I gave them one of the best experiences with a DMV representative. This was unfortunately a temporary position as they were very short staffed and hired me before I had the chance to take a state exam. They found employees that had the state exam requirements and let me go.

I deliver food, packages and also drive people to and from their destination. I provide excellent customer service while driving, delivering food or items.

My job was in sales and incoming customer calls.. I would answer incoming phone calls, help customers with any needs, questions, concerns, and sales. Every month there was a certain sales quota we needed to reach and I would attain that every month. Every month I went above and beyond in sales and service giving 100% excellent customer service.
United States Census Enumerator - July 2019 – November 2019

This was a temporary position for the census bureau. I would drive around every day I got my list of addresses to go to to help people finish filling out the census forms.
This job also took a lot of patience and working and understanding. Certain people do not just want to give their personal information to anybody so I would have to work to earn peoples trust.
Cleaning Business - Residential 2015 – current
Owner
I go to clients’ homes to clean, organize and help them in any way they may need – including vacuum, dust, wash floors, bathrooms, deep cleanings spring/summer/winter. I arrange my own appointments around any employment I may have.

Manager
My duties included hiring and firing employees, training employees, making sure the store is clean and running efficiently. Handling customer service problems or issues, handling the money, depositing all daily deposits and getting change for the store from the bank. I had to order new stock and inventory also had to keep a list of all of my inventory monthly. I made the schedule for employees as well as making sure all of our food and beverages were up to date and handled properly.
