As a professional Tea Planter my outstanding performance & extraordinary achievements are given below :

1. TEA FAMILIES Health and safety net, Education, shelter & Clean Water : Tea workers including all officials at the tea garden site have been demonstrated and exercised according to Government & Companies health and safety policies including shelter & Clean Water supply, Education for the best outcome. 2. Producton : The yearly production of Afifanager Tea Es. was 165330 kgs in 2008 and it’s been raised to 195765kgs in 2011 and 195775 kgs in 2014, which is the record crop (20% above).

3. Communication between Office, factory and Tea Garden site : Road between Lallakhal -Afifanagar has been unbelievably improved and capable to handle dry and In wet seasons transportation but before then Green leaf was sent to Lallakhal Factory by Boat during the rainy season required extra manpower and safety of workers plus duration of time & cost but it has been completely changed with efficiency at my service time.

4. Plucking Round : Done 33/34 plucking round at Afifanagar T.Es. in every year. 5. Pest & Diseases : Lower quantity Chemical used at Afifanagar T.Es. of M.Ahmed Tea

& Lands Co. Ltd.

6. Shade Trees : Shade Trees are fulfilled in all sections during my period. 7. Tea Seeds : At the time of joining Tea Seeds collection were only 10-12 kgs but the collection is now above 400 kgs.

8. Sun-grass : Last 6 years no purchase was made from out source. 9. Land : Company’s land realized from the miscreant during my job period. 10. Stealing Trees : Stealing of trees from Afifanagar almost stops now. 11. Bamboo & Forestry : A large area bamboo & forestry planting done at Afifanagar T.Es. & no Bamboo or Timber purchase for using the garden during the above period.

12. Labour Force : Before joining at Afifanagar T.Es. The Labor force was 170 nos. Now manpower (Labor force) is above 230 nos.

13. Snake & insects : Regularly monitor and control. Job Experience & Performances :
