•As production manager at Wingard & Co., my primary responsibilities were to supervise production and maintenance personnel through all phases of production’ tool troubleshooting and problem solving and contributing to tooling designs. In addition to this, I was responsible for maintaining inventories on stock items, equipment acquisitions and training. In July 2000, Wingard & Co. became ISO 9002 certified. I served on the management team that was instrumental in the training and certification of the company.
