During the tenure of my position @ Horizon LLC, I was involved in a program called Career Development in which I chose to move from the Reinsurance Accounting agendas into Information Technology. During this program, I was Involved in Inter-Department training classes which had me editing Office 97 / Windows NT operating system. I then implemented a migration from Office 97 to MSOffice 2000 and XP running on Windows NT platform.

The reason for this was to code the modules prior to converting Excel Spreadsheets And Access databases from MS Office 97 to Office 2000. I found out through my Programming classes that I Had just finished that the "SQL" was being lost during the manual Conversions within the MS Office 2000 involving Excel macros and commands within the Access Databases. I was the only Boston support for these two components. The rest of my time was troubleshooting and re-coding all MS Access Databases in Boston. That was where I had the most fun. I was allowed to use my Management, decision-making and creative skills to the fullest. The inter-office career development was offered to anyone who wished to be involved.
