• Responsible for all negotiations and agreements with suppliers.

• Develop annual sales forecast to carry out the annual procurement plan according to sales history and market trends.

• Buy and maintain inventory for over 8 million dollars for over 5200 different references.

• Supervise, mentor, and train new and existing purchasing agents and assistants in the purchasing and development process.

• Produce staff performance reports, identify areas for further improvement, responsible for planning and execute require training.

• Responsible for the planning and execution of continuous improvement of the training of Sales and Marketing Departments. Educating all staff about product quality, applications, materials, and new market trends.
