• PACT (Patient Aligned Care Team) Clerk – I was chosen as the first PACT Clerk when the program was introduced as a pilot at the Department of Veteran Affairs.

• In September 2011, I traveled to Nashville TN to be trained in PACT. I completed a three day (18.5-hour Curriculum Training) .

• Assisted with the implementation of the PACT Program from July 2013-July 2014 by serving on Performance Based Interview Panels. I assisted with the hiring of approximately 20 new PACT clerks.

• I was assigned to Ms. Damron’s PACT Team. In addition to performing all my PACT Team duties, I trained each new PACT clerk and evaluated and recommended to my supervisor when each PACT clerk was ready to be placed in their own PACT Team. I developed SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) for training the PACT clerks .

• My PACT team was designated by the Director to be the “Traveling PACT Team”. It was Team Zulu’s duty to train all four Community Based Outreach Clinics (CBOC’s) in PAC T

This $10 million project was finalized in 2008. This project was not scheduled to begin for approximately 25-30 years in the future. The completion of this project resulted in a safer road, higher property values for residents, new sidewalks, and updates to other utilities. Four residents’ homes wer e purchased by the City of Lexington, so that a storm retention basin could be built. I coordinated meetings with the residents and city officials during this process. All four residents were eager to sell their properties due to the flooding they had encountered. I assisted in negotiations to ensure that each resident received a fair price for their property. I attended regular meetings with Transportation Departmen t officials, city engineers, city Council Members Brown and Mitchell, Mayor Miller & Miller Newberry, and neighborhood residents for approximately six years. This project required a commitment for the Meadows-Loudon Avenue Neighborhood Association for the duration of the road project.
