Job description

•As Southwest Construction Project Manager for SBA my duties were to oversee every phase of a 300- million-dollar build-out for Sprint communications in 5 States, which means a wide range of responsibilities.

•Organize time, money and resources in coordinating all the moving parts of a construction project.

•Site security,including temp-fencing,eletronic survailance,permanent frencing of all types, with and without razor wire, gates of all types including high security, swing, tracks and other with and without openers,entry pads and opticly trigered openers, block walls, retaining walls and combanations of both, Signage, lighting, Site Grounding and more

• Assign tasks to everyone on the team and estimate how much it will all cost to complete the project. This includes building a roadmap to schedule activities and monitoring the progress to make sure it’s staying on track.

•Responsible for assembling the team, ordering materials and supervising their work.

•know the workforce, including subcontractors and other Venders. supervise them to make sure the work is being done on time, within budget and meeting safety and quality expectations.

• Set goals determined by the client. and communicate those goals to the team and make sure they meet them.

•Establish how many team members and resources may be needed to achieve those goals.

• Set a timeframe that outlines when the construction project must be completed, as well as milestones that must be met with in that schedule.

•Tracking time throughout a project and making sure to meet the deadlines defined by the project plan.

•Manage and monitor costs throughout the life cycle of the project. Tracking the expenses of crews to make sure they’re not overspending.

• Promptly answer RFI's and Change order request.

• Keep the client and others abreast of schedule changes and any costs that are not within the bounds of the budget.

•Hold weekly meetings with client to quickly and satisfactorily resolve conflicts and show job progress. Weekly meetings with crew, subcontractors, third-party vendors, et al. to discuss Any issues and ensure job Safey and team morale.

• From Day one compile contracts, notes, RFI's, change orders documentation, public records, certificate's, testing, warranties, Redlines, Photos and any other relevant paperwork for closeout package.

•This was mainly a traveling position that exposed me to many differing site conditions and locations from high-rise buildings to mountain top sites. These sites all presented me with different challenges such as many hard rock digs, drilled pier footings in water, poor soil conditions, high wind areas extreme heat and cold conditions and more.

• I worked with many agencies, Federal, Town, city, County, State and with a great team of people to bring these jobs in on time and on budget.

•As Superintendent for Valley View, Desert Star and Salcito Custom Homes my job was to facilitate the smooth completion of extremely High-End Custom Homes up to 22 million dollars.

• Starting with conception to CO. And close- out. Providing knowledge, wisdom and oversight to owner investors venders, trades and in-house employees ensuring quality, safety, adherence to budgets and timelines of work performed.

•My job included walking the site with sub-contractors to establish a clear scope of work for bidding purposes.

• Prepare site for ground breaking by blue steaking, have survey marks placed. Install temporary fence portable facilities and dumpsters signage and more.

• I worked with PM and others to review and assign bids as well as establish schedules and complete scope of work with manpower needs for each contractor.

• Maintain constant and open communications between all parties including on-site meetings as needed.

• Respond to RFI’s and change orders.

•Work with homeowner on any special needs for low voltage, AV needs, lighting, security,fenceses,perimiter walls of all types and smart home features.

•Adress all safety issues concern’s daily. Inspect job daily for progress and quality of work.

•Assist contractor and homeowners with layouts to assure proper placement of infrastructure that will support furniture, appliances and other equipment.

•Order and schedule the delivery of equipment and materials as needed.

•Work with inspectors and other safety officials to always keep job sites in compliance.

•Review RFP’s and forward to PM.

• Constantly compile DOC’s, Photos, Warranties, Manuals, cut sheets and red lines to assemble closeout package.

•On my Owen and with New River Construction, Job titles and description are varied as is the types and scopes of work performed.

• I have worked as a laborer, owner and all jobs in between. I have done Residential new ground up, remodel, renovation, restoration, rehabilitation, Add Ons, detached stand-alone structures, pools, landscapes and hard scrapes, Fencing of all types, decrotive fences,walls, gates and doors, perimiter fencing and wallls, security fencing,equien fenceing, stalls and pens, sports courts, animail enclosures, dog runs, high security storeage areas, retaining Walls and more.

• On the Commercial side I have performed work for Management companies, Privet Owners, Banks and Investment groups on many different types of jobs such as new builds, stand alone, TI's, infrastructure modifications and much more.

• As an Owner I have worked with Banks and other lending institutions on project financing.

• I have worked with real estate agents, buyers and sellers in the procurement and sale of properties.

• I have participated in the design phase with owners and their Arhcitects and work with officials on the permitting process.

• I have at one time, or another, been hands on in every step of the construction process.

•Over the years I have done things that most in construction would never encounter. Helicopter and heavy Crain lifts to mountain top sites with little to no access that require blasting and other challenges such as under water concrete pours.

•In my nearly 40 years of work, I have seen a lot and I hope to bring my experience to your project
